KA1 (ICM – studying abroad – short mobility for students)

If an home University has been selected as winner in a bilateral project in the International Credit Mobility framework, its students can profit from short term mobility, from 3 up to 12 months for Bachelor, Master and PHD students.

All applicants should contact the international relations or project offices in their institutions to learn if any Erasmus+ mobility project is being implemented. They should receive information pertaining to the time of launching of individual applications, selection criteria, application time-frame, etc.
The language requirements are specified in the inter-institutional agreement between the two universities.

A student ought to know:
Selections criteria for students and staff are stipulated in agreement between the sending are receiving institutions. They should be announced when the call for applications is launched and be properly advertised.

Recognition of the study period is a compelling condition between the two institutions. The receiving institution is obliged to equip the student and sending institution with the list of results and the sending institution is obliged to fully acknowledge the modules implemented and the list of results he achieved. For such reason the student fills the “Learning Agreement for studies”.

Erasmus+ HE Learning Agreement for studies
The Learning Agreement for Studies is prepared by the student before the mobility starts, based on the modules he select to complete in the receiving institution (table A). Such modules are described in the catalog made available from the receiving institution. In addition the student fills table B with corresponding modules in the sending institution, which will be recognized after the mobility period.

This agreement is jointly signed by the student, the responsible person in the sending institution and the responsible person in the receiving institution.
Besides the up mentioned agreements the students will sign the participant grant agreement as well, which defines the conditions of the financial support and allocation modalities. This document is signed between the individual and the Programme Country Institution before the start of the mobility.
